Infrastructure
Infrastructure is management of the whole server and stack: operating system, web server, language, database, processes, updates and access. So the site or software has a home someone maintains.
Infrastructure with us is full server and stack management. Not a loose certificate or mailbox, but the server and the layers the site or software needs to run.
A stack is the whole: the operating system, the web server, the runtime, the database and how a new version gets on it. We set that up and maintain it. Who may log in where, which ports are open and when updates happen is agreed. You do not need to remember server names to know what is running.
That management fits a site we host, an app, or a server you already have and nobody looks after anymore. If we cannot manage the stack responsibly because it is outdated or opaque, we say so before we take it on.
Mail, DNS and certificates belong when they live on the same environment. Server and database backups too: we restore them in a test, and agree how far back you can go. The focus stays management of the server and stack.
