A bounded site often falls in this range. We can never promise that estimate 100%. If the time turns out insufficient, the agreed price may increase.
WordPress
€50 per hour or project
Takeover of an existing site, or a plugin and templates. We do not start new sites in WordPress.
In-house software and apps
Custom quote
Often larger than a site. Payment can be in instalments, for example half per month. The full amount remains due. Ownership of the software only transfers after full payment.
Discoverability
€50 per hour or project
SEO, articles, AI discoverability and accessibility. We do not promise a place in a search engine or a mention in an AI answer.
Hosting and storage
€56 – €2,400 per year
Five plans, domain excluded: Light €56, Website €240, Apps and software €600, Webshop €1,200, Infrastructure €2,400. €2,400 is the most expensive before custom managed. A .nl domain usually costs around €12 to €16 per year, with one-off setup of €8 to €15. An international domain can cost more to host.
IT
€50 per hour or custom quote
On-call help, purchase advice, or a solution we put in place because the problem would otherwise return.
Graphic design
€50 per hour or €500 – €5,000
A logo, brand identity, print or a smaller request. The same kind of design can be priced differently.
Charities / non-profits
€45 – €50 per hour or agreed price
Including graphic design, and other work for the organisation: a site, a video, a small job. On an hourly basis in this range, or a price we agree upfront.
Artists
€45 – €50 per hour or agreed price
Including graphic design, and other work for the artist: image, a site, a short production. On an hourly basis in this range, or a price we agree upfront.
Video and clipping
€50 per hour or €500 – €5,000
A shoot, an event, a production, editing, or clipping from Twitch, podcasts, events and YouTube.
If the estimated time is not enough
A price on this website, and a price we agree for a website or other commission, assumes an estimated time. We can never promise that estimate 100%. If the time turns out insufficient, the amount may increase.
We discuss that. We say what is extra and why, and we continue if you want.
The range of 500 to 5,000 euros is where bounded projects often land. We can never promise that 100% either. Larger work, such as in-house software or a site with many integrations, we agree separately.
Same kind of project, different price
Two commissions can have the same name and still be priced differently. A website for one client is a different job than a website for another.
We look at work we already did for you. A follow-up on something that already exists is different from starting from scratch.
We look at work still to come. A one-off card is priced differently from a line where a site or a print run follows.
And we look at the type of organisation. An association, a shop around the corner and a company with a longer trajectory do not start at the same point.
