In-house solutions are software we write for your process. Not SaaS you work around, not Excel grown into a risk. A tool that does what the organisation already does, just without the hassle.
This comes up when you notice every package covers 80 percent and the last 20 percent is the real work. Planning, intake, files, internal dashboards, approvals, export to the accountant. We sketch the steps first. Then we build only what those steps need. No modules you never open.
The software lives with you, or on hosting we manage. Permissions, backups and access are part of the work. We write it so someone else can read it later. Documentation is not a PDF afterwards. It is how the code and screen are named.
In-house solutions can often be paid in instalments, for example half per month. What exactly is possible depends on the commission and we agree upfront. That keeps the investment manageable, even when the project is larger than one invoice.
We do not sell a product line. What we use ourselves, such as internal tools, we mention when it fits. If an existing package is better, we say that too. Upfront custom work costs more than a monthly subscription; long term it often pays off when your process diverges from what standard packages offer. We do that calculation together, before we build.
